Getting Started

Booking is simple β€” here's what happens.

01

Reach out

Book directly online, or message me first if you're unsure which offering fits. There's never any pressure β€” just a warm welcome.

02

We connect

Before the deeper sessions, we'll talk so you know exactly what to expect and feel completely at ease going in.

03

Your session

You arrive exactly as you are. I hold the space, and together we let your healing unfold at its own pace.

Questions

Good to know.

I've never done anything like this β€” is that okay?

Completely. Most people arrive with no experience at all. You don't need to prepare or β€œdo it right” β€” I'll gently guide you through every step.

How do I know which offering is right for me?

If you're not sure, start with a consultation or simply send me a message. We'll find the right starting point together, with zero pressure.

Is this religious?

No. This work is spiritual and energetic, and it welcomes people of every belief and background. Come exactly as you are.

What actually happens in a QHHT session?

You'll be gently guided into a deeply relaxed state where you can explore past and future lives and connect with your Higher Self. Sessions run 4–6 hours, and you'll receive a recording to keep.

Are sessions confidential?

Always. Everything you share is held in complete confidence and without a shred of judgment.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes β€” Akashic Records readings and coaching happen over Zoom. QHHT and Reiki are in person in West Yellowstone, Montana.

Ready to Begin

Book the session that's calling you.

You don't have to have it all figured out. Take the first step, and we'll find the rest together.
